I can't think how any fic could be worse than the books themselves.

Publishing a fan fic as OF? How would that fly? Just with names change?

I can see how just a name change and maybe scrubbing the sparkles off the skin will do it. There are a whole lot of teenage vampire love stories out there right now. I assume the story has it's own plot, otherwise even as fanfic it wouldn't fly.

I'm fairly sure I know who the OP is talking about, and if you saw the summary of her book you would easily see the Twilight comparisons within it.

Was it vanity published or for real published do you know?

I really hope whoever had their details published online got the authorities involved.

This all the fucking way. Doxing is a crime, and people who do it can face prosecution, and someone who writes Twilight fanfiction is unlikely to be hiding behind 7 proxies. Especially if they try to publish it as a book.

What the heck is going on here? Who is this BNF and why does she have access to people's personal information? Is she some kind of stalker? Who has that kind of time on their hands?

I know that I've been known to mis-use them because I'll type which ever spelling pops into my mind first without thinking about it, and once in a blue moon I use the wrong one. I think it's semi-common with all words like that, just more so when the grammar usage is as close as it is for your and you're.]

tbh, i don't understand why twilight isn't the slashiest of all fandoms. seriously, slashing, at the very least, jacob/edward would be its only redeeming quality.

also, the story the op is talking about is about as utter trash as twilight itself. sadly enough, i actually think twilight is better.
