I haven't seen the movie, but the book was one of the most horrendous things I have ever read. So, I'll just go ahead and not agree with you. I only even considered seeing it because Vanessa Hudgens was in it, and that wasn't even enough to make me actively pay money for it and go to the effort of going out and getting it. Maybe I'll watch it when Netflix streams.

BTW, anyone else starting to wonder if that actor just has a thing for making movies from shit-tacular books? Because I Am Number Four was freaking painful to read.

Apparently the Alex Rider books are great, only the movie supposedly sucked. As someone who has never read the books, I found the movie awesome. It didn't take itself seriously at all, was filled to the rim with big names who gave brilliant performances and the jailbait was hot.

Last time I watched Alex Rider movie was years ago, and the book I read at the same time. As far as I recollect, the movie was ok, but the book was so much more badass =)

Aww I liked the book I thought it was fun. Though I agree with you on I Am Number Four because that was legit one of thee most painful things I have ever had the chance to read. OW. The movie wasn't much better to me.
