As much as some fundamentals of the voice would be based upon the physiology of the body that the person is currently in - they also wouldn't talk with the voice of whoever's body they'd taken either.

So, although things like fundamental frequency ("pitch" due to vocal fold mass/size/etc) and formants (due, in part, to larynx size) would remain relatively unchanged many other aspects of the voice would change.

Most of what helps us to recognise a voice doesn't come down to these constants. Things like articulation would probably transfer so it would be the same no matter what body someone was in. So, their voice would probably be similar to their own only with different frequencies due to the different physiology they have at their disposal.

Even that would be unlikely to be the same as the body's owner - as, for example, men tend to speak in a way that lengthens their vocal tract whereas women tend to shorten in. These are learnt behavioural differences which the character would take with them across bodies.

So, it's a lot more complicated than it just being 'you're in this body so you have this voice' - there are a lot of aspects that make up a human voice and, tbh, people probably can't be bothered to spend hours thinking this over when trying to do a quick bodyswap episode...
