hey me AND loved ones have/had issues with Trich. I think that reading about it made things a lot easier for me, both in terms of my own pulling and being supportive to the others dealing with it.
for me personally, just getting a handle on anxiety (by maturing and paying attention to myself) helped a lot. this certainly isn't the way Trich manifests itself in all people, but it's something to consider. if you don't feel anxious/upset, you don't ingest the hair, and you're content with your appearance, it might be that you don't need to do anything at all!
