BTW, in my world, it is possible to fall in love with the right person after just one night, and it has nothing to do with sex.

I hate it when people completely reject the possibility of falling in love like that. Just because it's not how it happened to you, or not what you want, doesn't mean it doesn't happen and can't possibly work.

yeah but you'd think after 10 years of not seeing the man she met once, she'd realize 'hmmm...maybe i should move on and find someone else.'

according to one of the characters (i've completely forgotten which one) she was a 'bar slut' so it implies she doesn't have the happiest, most responsible life.
