The entire comic is terrible, but those three are the worst. Especially the pink haired guy.

I can't believe how much hate this comic hates. It's ironic that people fawn over anything but a work that takes time and dedication and not to mention skill (background/coloring etc) is surprising.

If you don't like it fine.

I've seen some people vehemently express their hate for such petty reasons (derpy faces and plot when it's only the third chapter and there are no time skips.

What you consider petty may be considered much more by someone else. And while this comic may have its strengths, it has quite a bit of weaknesses, too.

Uh, no. The amount of time and dedication does not in any way affect if something is good or not - or if people will enjoy it or not.

The background is the only part /I/ like. The colouring and faces are horrible. Not even touching the "story".

I'd probably dislike it less if they just said "o hai this is brightly coloured PWP smut" instead of trying to disguise it as a story.

The creators certainly do and really don't take kindly to people who even say something remotely critical about the story/art

The story is shit.
The characters are shit. (And, in the case of, Linnaeus, fucking offensive.)
The dialogue is shit.
The art is derivative animu bullshit.

I only read it for laughs.

I think it's the description of him on the official characters page as basically being a woman and wanting to have Atros' babies or whatever.

i just take this as evidence that this comic doesn't take itself seriously. or that if the authors themselves do it then they're fucking stupid and need to make up their minds

I think the problem is that not enough time and dedication was put in to the PLOT and DIALOGUE

And yeah, the art is pretty, but it's mostly the coloring. IMO the anatomy and facial expressions are not really that great, I mean, it's not bad but it's not amazing either. It looks very Deviantart.

^ I want to point out the brilliance of the term "very Deviantart." When I heard about this comic and saw a picture from it, I legitimately looked for it on Deviantart. For some reason, that way of describing it fits it perfectly. Good job in picking the right words there.

I believe that both artists who work on it have DA accounts. I mean, lots of people have DA accounts (even long-established professional artists), but the art just personifies the kind of stuff that always ends up on the front page there, IDK

When you put your things out there - free or not, your "dedication and time" don't matter. In your little world, maybe. But reality is people still hold standards and judge. Just because it might take me 3 hrs to sit on the can to produce a turd, it's still turd.

And this comic IS a heap of steaming turd.

It's okay if you like it, I'm not condemning you for it.

I've been following Emily's work for years and she can do so much better than this. I wish she'd focus on her original story she had going instead of this, but hey, whatever sells. It's her choice.

Because it's not a real Americanized cliche Yaoi until you have a tranny in the cast.
