I actually heard the non-Kanye version first. So when I watched the video and he popped up I was all "Argh! Where did he come from? Why is he ruining this song?!" And then I found the good version and all was well.

lol me too. i heard the non!Kanye version on the radio for weeks...then BAM! as soon as the song hit the charts, they switched to the Kanye version. i was like ARGHH! WTF is this shit???

Oh, man, I thought it was just me. I'd been listening to the Kanye-less version on the radio and liking the song (so very DW, right?) for weeks, and then this morning, poof, this horrible bit in the middle. (I was honestly wondering how I'd managed to miss that part of it the whole time.)
