Ok, as a girl who reads way too much hentai: OH GOD NO. That stuff is NOT anatomically correct - in fact, it's anatomically incorrect SO MUCH of the time it's sad. It becomes incredibly obvious that these guys who draw this stuff really have absolutely no idea and are stumbling in the dark and haven't actually interacted with female genitals.

The biggest offender is the anatomical shot of a penis intruding INSIDE the womb. That's now how it works AT ALL. The penis CANNOT intrude past the cervix - there's a giant mucous plug preventing that. The most that can happen is that a dude can HIT the cervix, but many women find that unbearably painful (a few really like it though). A dude cannot come straight into a woman's womb. You see, a man comes in a woman's vagina and it settles in a tiny well by her cervix, and then her cervix (I shit you not) DIPS into this well and pulls the semen in. THAT'S how a uterus gathers semen into itself.

It's actually become proof of how much hentai cannibalizes itself - the penis intruding past the cervix is a thing made popular by hentai, and so then the next generation of hentai creators think it can actually happen and it supersexy and it shows up EVERYWHERE. UGH.
