If it takes 25.000$, a specific sized house, extensive psyc. evaluation, health evaluation, parenting classes and getting your life turned up side down simply to adopt a child who is already born and waiting (all done to make absolutely sure that the child will be in good hands) - why should the rules be any less strict to ensure the welfare of an unborn one?
