lyricsandhearts writes some really lovely and adorable stuff, and technicallysane has some awesome porn (and one really heartbreaking fic here (http://technicallysane.livejournal.com/5178.html)). Also, anything at theborogroves (under the BTR tag (http://theborogoves.livejournal.com/tag/fandom%3A%20big%20time%20rush)) is pretty much awesome by default, and that's where most of folkloric_feel and jannika's fics are posted. Pretty much everyone else has their fic on their main journal-- oh, but queenitsy's is here (http://temira.livejournal.com/119543.html).

...There's probably a lot of James/Carlos, Kendall/Logan, and Jo/Camille in the mix there, but garnetice writes James/Kendall almost exclusively, and queenitsy has quite a few James/Camille and James/Logan fics. I found most of these people through bigtimerush and palmwoods, which are worth checking out if you can get past the more mediocre fics that are posted there.
