It's one thing if they're INSISTING that things HAVE to be done a certain way or if they're ignoring your kinkmeme's rules on how to post requests/fills/etc., but if they're making suggestions on how your fandom's kinkmeme might work more efficiently, using Hetalia Kink as an example, that's something else entirely. They should feel free to express that, just as you and the mods who run the kink meme should feel free to ignore it and keep going as per usual if you all feel that there's nothing wrong with the way your kinkmeme works.

That said, I have no idea why they would want to use Hetalia Kink as an example. For every one thing that works on that meme, there's at least two things broken, IMHO.
