One of the things I like about Snape is that he's proof that nice does not equal good or vice versa. I kind of thought that was one of the lessons we were supposed to take away from his story.

I was honestly surprised to find out people hated Ginny, simply because she was always a bit on the sidelines. As you put it, I never really cared that much. But the canon love interest usually gets some hate, and considering all the other pairings involving Harry, it makes a bit more sense that way.

I love Luna though, sorry ;)
