Hey, so which is better, the Ouran High School Host Club anime or the manga? Like, which one should I start with, I mean? (I thought about starting with the drama, but I don't think it's getting English subs.) TIA.

They start off about the same, but I honestly think the anime was better because it was shorter and wrapped everything up more effectively, whereas the manga just dragged itself out and devolved into your average shoujo.

the anime, hands down. if there ever was an adaptation of a manga that surpassed the original, it's ouran. the drama is really good too imo but it's easier to wait until there are more episodes
