so I'm writing a story about a genderqueer character in a very strongly lesbian and woman-identified fandom. I'm so worried that someone is going to flame me for making the character I'm writing as genderqueer 'not a woman'. All the responses have been very positive so far, but I'm just waiting for the flame.
