I feel like I'm doing some of my pairings wrong, according to fandom. Recently I watched the new Evangelion movies, and I felt like going back and reading some Shinji/Kaworu fic. I didn't like smut when I first watched Eva, but now I do, and since I like awkward tops, I was hoping there would be some top!Shinji. Not surprisingly, he's on bottom in the one fic I found that made any sort of sexual reference, and in all of the S/K doujinshi out there.

I'm also into Blue Exorcist, and while I don't care too much about pairing, Yukio hits a lot of my kinks for a bottom, and I was hoping that there would be fics where he's getting fucked by a guy. However, all of the slashy Yukio fics and art I've found put him on top, except for one piece of fanart. TBH, I'm kind of shocked, since I thought he was more of a stereotypical bottom, but I guess I'm wrong.

Man, it always sucks going back to fandoms of these older things and barely finding anything. I recently watched Card Captor Sakura and was really hankering for Touya/Yukito and Clow/Yue - found some for the former and just none for the latter and it was like... really, internets? I'm sure I had about the same problem looking for Shinji/Kaworu too about a year or two ago, you'd really think there'd be more...

I'm really into Haruhi Suzumiya, and there's quite a lot of doujinshi out there, but I think I've seen maybe two ever where Koizumi is the uke? I mean, I know fandom generally has him pinned as Mr Badtouch and I can understand how and why that would happen, but I figure if he was actually in that sort of a situation with somebody, he'd be quite... maybe not explicitly submissive, but at least very deferent and conscientious, you know?

Though I just want all the fic/art/anything of Haruhi domming the hell out of him and this basically doesn't exist on the internet so OH WELL
