I created an account just to post at FS because I tend to only read comments by people who have icons, so I figured that more people would read my comments if I had an icon next to it.

I'm the opposite - I love anon replies a lot more. Some of the juciest, most scandalous comments are made by anons...that's why they go anon to say them!
