Even without the fanfic, one could assume dubcon comes into play somewhere, considering the nature of this series to address social problems and whatnot. That, and there's dubcon sort of inherent in the whole dragon breeding process.

Not sure where konora got that icon, but the original art in it is by ormery, who also did some other Volly art for what you might call...mutant prom purposes.

ANYWAY he has said in the past he is totally cool with people making icons out of his fanart so if there doesn't turn out to be one you like with that image you could always make one! The original is here (http://ormery.livejournal.com/572326.html#cutid1). :D
