I love The Lion King but how people brush off plagarism makes me depressed as fuck.
Is the Lion King a great movie? Yes! Is it still based off stolen ideas and Disney did a dick, dick move? Yes.
"People on livejournal have flipped the fuck out over matters as trivial as uncredited icons and others have come to their defense. And yet, when Disney plagiarizes elements of some manga/anime we have all these people here basically laughing it off?"
