The issue I have is that like, Spider-Man JUST died. It's a tad shitty for somebody to immediately jump into his costume, because there's a chance either people are gonna think "Wow, what a dickhead, show some fucking respect for the dead" or Aunt May is gonna see him and get her hopes up that her nephew is alive from, like magic space rays, (it's marvel, it could happen).

I don't think it's shitty at all. If Spiderman's dead, somebody needs to pick up where he left off. And there's no bigger "fuck you" to the people who bumped him off than seeing someone else pick up the mask and carry on.
