(Anonymous) 2011-08-10 08:24 am (UTC)(link)Also, for people who made them for other people and ended up giving them away. I call bullshit. The accounts are in the system until you validate the email. An email that could take up to 24 hours to receive. You also had 48 hours before the validation on the link expired. More than enough time to call up someone and ask if they wanted it and if they didn't, then don't validate and the name goes back into the system for someone else who does. The only exception is if it was the last day, but by then you would've had a week to ask and get info.
