It didn't feel like his death got all that much more attention in the books. I was actually really happy with how Lupin and Tonks' deaths were portrayed in the movie, as opposed to the book which basically just said that Harry saw them lying there or something. Just two more bodies to the count :(

yeah, I liked that they got that little foreshadowing moment with them reaching for each other before we saw the bodies. then again I sometimes feel like the only person who rolled cheerfully with Lupin/Tonks being an item.

No dude, you're not alone with them being an item (I've shipped it forever and a half). I thought the movie was sweet, with them reaching for each other. It was a brief moment, but you got to see how they meant for one another.

I disliked the pairing in the book but really liked it in the movie myself. Their moments were small and few in the last movie, but they made them count.
