I loved most everything you had to say until this comment. There's no excuse for harassing people in their own homes.

I hear you;, it's tough. If it makes it better for you, I do it for my university and only call/update alumni and ask them to help donate for the school? I don't like doing it, but it's what I have to do because it's the only job I can really do at this point with my university (there was one other job at our sports stadium, but it was honestly the most degrading thing I've done, so I'm not going back to that.)
