Hon, of course you have the right to an early account. You did the homework, you read the books, and you followed the owl just like the rest of us. If you put in the effort, you've earned it. Just because you're a little newer to the fandom than some of us folks (I've been a fan since I was a little girl), it doesn't mean you're any less of a fan than the rest if us.
