To be fair, most of the characters in that series are highly flawed. Allen has a Messiah complex, Lavi's a sociopath, Kanda is all sorts of antisocial (not to mention a psychological mess from the shit he went through), Miranda has an inferiority complex a mile wide, Krory has MPD with one side being a psychopath and the other with anxiety and inferiority issues... I could go on. Lenalee didn't have an easy childhood and she doesn't live an easy life, so yeah, she's going to be a little messed up - like the entire rest of the Order. The way I see it, she's the most well-adjusted out of the lot of them.

I don't agree with the AYRT, but it's possible to argue that he has some sociopathic or sociopathic-like traits, or that he did at one point. In one of the side stories in the novels, he's described as someone who (when he arrived at the order) was emotionally removed from people, didn't really see them as people either, and had a lot of suppressed hatred and bitterness. And that fits in with the Lavi that Road used in her mental dream world to fight against him, the one who only sees people as ink on paper. Now, that Lavi, the one he isn't any more and which may no longer be his ideal self, could be argued as sociopathic.
