Clarissa is weird to watch, because I was in elementary school when I watched her, and I looked up to her like mad because she was this super cool older girl. And now that I'm 25, I still want to look at her that way and it doesn't work. XD Her and Ferg still remind me of me and my brother, though. And Sam used to be a huge crush of mine, and now he shows up and I just laugh because he's SO painfully 90s. But I still absolutely enjoy the show, I just enjoy it differently.

All That's still great, Kenan and Kel is still great. Doug was never one of my favorites, but I have a newfound appreciation for it now that I realize that Doug and Roger were both voiced by Billy West (how did I not notice that as a kid?!). And I recognize a lot of the pop culture references in the show, now, which is nice.

Can we also agree that Lori Beth was the gold star of the All That cast? I still think she's flawless.

YES. Lori Beth is amazing. As a chubby girl growing up, I totally attached to her on All That and worshipped her completely. XD It makes me really sad though that the crown jewel in her post-All That career is a 4-year run on the Steve Harvey Show that ended in 2002. She should be doing lots more stuff!! Maybe this renewed interest in the 90's Nick stuff will also bring more acting jobs her way.

Seriously! Thinking back on all my favorite skits, 80-90% of them involved her in some way. I still laugh like an idiot at her "noisy librarian".

Billy West?! For serious? That show just got, like, 20% cooler!

I always liked Doug, though. There was a certain charm to it--as a wee one I identified with a Beatles(expy) fan who always imagined the way a given scenario could play out in the most extravagant way possible. I dunno, I appealed to me, still kind of does.

You're spot on with Clarissa, though. I can still watch it because I have no problem slipping the nostalgia goggles back on, but that's exactly it--she's who I wanted to be when I was 7, but as an adult, it's a pretty good mirror of "This is what we thought was COOL!" for the 90's. Ouch.

Hahah yeah, Clarissa is still worth it to watch just for her outfits alone. XD An oversized yellow polka-dot button-down shirt...with a vest. I died.
