no, an attack would consist of "my biggest fear is the actors finding this lj bc it is so godawful ugly and hideous". i don't see how this secret is any different than the secrets that are some variation of "but what if they find rpf/slash fic/incest fic/etc"

The difference is that tons of people write rpf/slash fic/incest fic/etc. Only one person makes this art, and the implication of the secret is that the art is so horrible/embarrassing that it gives her panic attacks. Which I would definitely call an attack.

FTR, I'm not actually defending whatever the art is; I've never seen it.

It's not personally attacking the artist. It's expressing (negative) opinions about the art - but it's not a PERSONAL attack in the same way that someone calling a fanfic (or fetish, or kink, or whatever) disgusting, isn't the same thing as calling the author disgusting.
