Okay, that makes more sense to me. It seems like we have run into vastly different bronies all trying to be part of the same herd. Saying MLP is "manly" to feel good about watching it sounds rather silly (though for what it's worth, the people I've known to say "I AM A MAN AND I WATCH MLP!" were not saying that because they were trying to say the show is Now Acceptably Manly. They meant to say "I don't care if you think I'm weird, fuck off!")
