Weird, I thought he was one of the more believably-Batman-esque side characters in TDK. People really hate this guy that much?

Jimmy Jr? Pfft. Hardly accurate. Such a bad child actor too. They just wanted a boy to avoid giving Barbara any sort of part and didn't give the character any personality beyond "Jim Gordon's son."

If you're talking about Eric Robert's part, I found him believable and actually interesting.
