I still love them. They were miles better than most fanfic out there. I thought they were amazing and fun and wonderfully plotted, and I thought the characters were great, and Cassie did a fantastic job drawing out the romantic suspense. I loved seeing her writing improve over the years.

I still don't see what the drama was about; she didn't do anything that a lesser-known writer would have gotten flack for.

I also love that she recycled bits of the Draco Trilogy for her published novels, and that she included all these little fandomy in-jokes. Cassie was my hero for a long time. Still is, in a way.

/shameless confession
