Because, as we all know, all actors and actresses are required to publicize everything they possibly can, no matter how inappropriate or unsolicited, for the benefit of their deluded fans!
You know what's healthy? Respecting your family's privacy and establishing personal/professional boundaries.
You know what's not healthy? Getting so upset and offended by what a person you don't even know does with his own life. Grow the hell up. "Intentionally hiding her?" "What SHE thinks about [something potentially scandalous yet most likely entirely imagined]." Do you realize how ridiculous you sound?
