I think the idea is that secret-making Anon is named Rachel, so she feels weird writing fic about a character with that name hooking up with Cas.

I had a kind of similar situation with a fandom I really liked. First I started dating a guy who had the same (quite common) first name as the main character... which made me feel slightly weird writing porn about him. Then on the show, the character got a new girlfriend, who had the same (extremely common) first name as me. I really liked the 'ship, but couldn't bring myself to write and post fic about [my name]/[my bf's name]. Too weird!

But yeah, anon, I could see the weirdness. It's always weird for me to even READ things about characters with my name.

Try having a member of your favorite ship sharing a name with your dad. I tried to read smut but it just gave me such a metric fuckton of bad mental pictures that I just couldn't finish. I still can't read or write it. :(

I don't really watch Supernatural, but it is fantastic to see wings that are kind of to scale.

Supernatural does great with the angels. They hardly show their wings but when they do, it is impressive. I loved the first time we saw one (Castiel's wings' shadow) appear on walls through lighting. The limitations of budget causes them sometimes to be very artistic and creative.
