I like him in Sherlock, by the way he does his hair in RL makes him look terrible :/

Hee, I only just started watching this show this weekend, and my assessment of his appearance was, "Well, he is a bit strange-looking, but his hair is glorious." :P I love that halo of curls!

E: AAaaaand I just now saw that you said "in RL". Does he cut his hair short? (*weeps quietly for the curls*)

He often wears his hair a little bit shorter than it is in Sherlock (the curl is natural) in his natural color (a sort of ginger-brown). He's had some bad hair for roles, so maybe that's what they're thinking of.

Seriously, though, I would make sweet, sweet illicit love to that man's hair. I think about 95% of my attraction to him is follicular.
