Despite never having scene the show, I have many opinions about the man. A) His name is wonderful and sounds like something out of a children's book and B) his face is terrifying and he looks like a Quentin Blake illustration of a villain.

So to me he is a just a colorful villain out of a Roald Dahl book. And A+ illustration by you, as well, OP.
