(Anonymous) 2011-09-19 07:56 am (UTC)(link)I would accept the argument that "and the US is where it happened, thus it was sexual assault" but the argument in the other thread was "Karofsky is a sexual predator" which I think he wouldn't be either legally or morally in many places outside the US.
