How is he a gary stu? what show are you watching? People have timed it and out of the 42minutes per episode Kurt and Rachel (who i also dislike) get most of the screentime. Also, i like Blaine a lot but i hate the way Ryan Murphy tries to force him down our throats and uses Kurt as a way to live his repressed high scool fantasies.

He used to be an amazing character back in season 1 and then they devoted all season 2 to fuck him up.

Are you fucking serious? Exchange that with: "Dave physically abuses me everyday, verbally abuses me every day, sexually harrasses me AND threatened to kill me because HE sexually assaulted ME and the shcool or my friends aren't doing anything to protect me."

Were you ever a teenager? Irrationality is their /specialty/. It's like when people get past that stage they ENTIRELY forget, because of course it wasn't irrational when they were that age. But really, how many teenagers want to talk to their parents about sex? I would bet a very small amount. Add to that a kid who is still getting comfortable with being being out officially, and just with himself in general in a time when he isn't exactly having the greatest time at school in regards to his identity?



So essentially, I found that reaction to be entirely realistic. Teenagers are horomonal, highly emotional [everything is /omg/ the end of the world (all your firsts + the hormones? dear lord)].

I'm not saying you can't or shouldn't not like him, personal taste is personal taste. But thinking those things are terrible? I hope you don't work with teenagers. Seriously.

Oh god, so do I. But I have an entirely different non *LITERALLY RUN AWAY* reaction nowadays. Especially because I belong to parents with a sick and twisted sense of humour, which is great most of the time, but sometimes, yeah. No. It's gross. And they take great great joy in it.

Also I find literally plugging your ears and going "LA LA LA I AM NOT LISTENING TO YOU" works perfectly sometimes :D
