Well, I assume these old white men worked for a long time in this business and have already secured their positions as in made a name of themselfs. I'm sure in 20 years at least they will retire/die/whatever and the next generation will be there. Probably more females then. At least i see it this way, but since i was never oppressed in my country and actually like most of what i'm watching, i don't care. Well, apart from the fact that even some gory Horror or explosion filled Action suddenly has romance. Honestly. Who want's kissy faces when shit is blowing up?
