Uh...you do realise that Avatar takes place in a fictional world where the religions of our world don't exist, right? Kind of hard to have Jewish characters in a world where Judaism doesn't even exist, after all.

This is a weird comment to make. There are lots of scenes that talk about chakras, yoga and other aspects of Hinduism and Buddhist spirituality.

That's why I was asking. I could see in some episodes there were definitely forms of spirituality but no specific religions, and I thought Avatar didn't take place on Earth. You can have spiritual beliefs but not necessarily be religious.

This. There's no Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, Pastafarian... None of our religions exist in the world of Avatar. We don't even know if they have a concept of specific deities or if their religion is only in their belief of the the elements.

They do seem to strongly revere the spirits, so worship probably tends in that direction. Moon and Water Spirits being obvious examples.
