This was kinda my thought exactly. Like...Really? You draw the line at watersports but everything else is okay? Two people peeing on each other with each others' consent isn't even illegal or considered particularly immoral in most places AFAIK.

Not to mention, as other commenters have, the way it's phrased means they'd be okay with scat, which seems a bit more out there. I mean, if nothing else, urine is sterile unless you've got an infection. Shit...isn't.
