I don't want to make assumptions about the OP, but now that I think of how normalized for example rape-fic is in fandom, I'm pretty sure that they must have seen some, and I'm kind of bothered that it's watersports that grosses them out. Also, it's kind of unsettling to that violence and snuff (!) don't seem to bother them at all. They are both on that list they posted.

Anyway, I think watersports is definitely a fetish where YKINMKATO applies - it's completely harmless, nobody gets hurt or traumatized. Sometimes humiliation is involved, but that's it. Just people peeing on each other for fun. It's not a health or moral issue.
(And now I want to read teabagging fic. Never seen any.)
