ok, but someone pointing out something more along the lines of "hmmm interesting that you choose to only ever write about (probably white) dudes/dudes fucking" is slightly different (and valid as an initial question-- we'd sure ask the same about a movie company who never had female characters, wouldn't we?) from "WHY DIDN'T YOU PUT A GIRL IN THIS ONE FIC!!" which is how you seemed to present it originally

if you have a large number of stories, with a large number of different characters in each one, but EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER in EVERY STORY is white, male, able-bodied, etc., THAT is something that might be worth examining.

I'm going to address the bit about only writing men because it's the most relevant to the discussion, but...this person is writing porn. For people who are attracted to men, specifically men getting it on with each other, to get off on. I mean if they were bashing all of the female characters in the vicinity it'd be one thing, but world-building and deep evaluations of relationship and psyche probably are not their priority here, so I don't see the problem of writing only slash if you're not pretending it's some sort of all-encompassing masterpiece?

I mean you really shouldn't be telling people, women included, what they can and cannot do with their sexuality here. :/

And yeah, you hit the nail right on the head here. I write porn. I write it because it entertains me, and if someone else wants to fap to it, then hey, I made someone else happy too. I'm not trying to focus on fighting for rights or righting some ancient wrong- I just want to fap.

And you know what? On the odd occasion that I actually do want to write some serious business, I put female characters in there. Because it wouldn't make sense if they just suddenly disappeared from the scene in a story that was supposed to include the full cast.

But hey, all you other anons? Thanks for proving my point, you lot really will jump on any excuse to be a bunch of butthurt haters.
