During her first scene on Dexter I was put off by her potty mouth and her skeletal frame. Then I challenged myself because come on, her cursing wasn't any worse than Doakes and I LOVED Doakes "Muthafuckas" like burning. Now I consider it part of her character and I love Debs. She's such a good balance to Dexter, and she's funny and smart.

I still wished she'd eat every now and again but I think that's more the actress than the character. *shrugs*
