I totally did this with Doctor Who that one time I swallowed the whole new series in about a week.

Oh hey the Doctor is totally asexual!

He's kind of cute this this time around, but nope, still asexual.

Writers, stop trying to tell me he got laid when he is so clearly asexual.

No seriously this romance with a human thing needs to stop.

God I feel terrible for the things I want to do to this man because he is so clearly--

--holy fuck my screen just exploded with evil gay Time Lord sex.

(And redux: Only into fellow Time Lords. Totally only into Time Lords. Completely not interested in--oh hello River Song I see Eleven likes you just as much as I do. But I thought he was only into--OH. THAT EXPLAINS A LOT.)

I'm with you. I finally settled on "not capable of healthy long term relationship" when it comes to the Doctor. He has sex occasionally, though it isn't high on his to-do list. He even sometimes dates or whatever. But nothing longterm. I still can't see that. At all. I wonder if it makes me a bad fan that I don't ship him with Rose, Martha, or Donna (haven't made it to season 5 yet, still catching up).
