He's been with quite a few women in comics canon, I believe, Lilandra being the first that pops into my head (90s animated series FTW). I think he also had a son at one point, but I could be mistaken (or said son could've been a psychic clone or a revived dead villain or a million other ridiculous comic book plot devices). Even from the first issues of the 1960s comic, he expressed an unrequited longing for Jean Grey--which, ew, but there it was.

EVERYONE had unrequited longing for Jean Grey in the 60s, if I recall correctly. Except for the few that requited it.

Nah, you're not mistaken. Xavier does have a son. I think his code name is Legion, but I'm not sure. I do know, however, that his real name is David and he's supposed to have multiple personalities.
