Aren't their laws in effect against fucking dead bodies? I'm pretty sure in my State it's against the law.

There are, but most are more about disrespect or mistreatment of the dead and necrophilia just happens to fall under that. AFAIK there weren't any laws about it until fairly recently. Pennsylvania's law just says something about not treating the body in a way that would upset the family. That can be anything from humping it to drawing on its ass. Nine states don't have laws about it at all. Pretty sure it's one of those things that they only make laws about when they catch someone doing it.

In the UK it's covered under the sexual offences act 2003 and categorised as "penetration of a corpse".
