I may be noticing those comments more because I hate them. A confirmation bias is entirely possible. Nevertheless, I either get conversations about how a character was going to get raped, graphic descriptions of how villain X tortured henchman Y to death (not going to lie, I love those comments to pieces), or the henchmen whining about the cold. And the occasional Bruce Wayne comment. I would be cool with the rape comments disappearing entirely.
Catwoman being called a bitch I'm slightly less irritated by than rape threats/jokes, so that being reduced to one in twenty comments would be fine. Disappearing would be better, but how would anyone know that DC was being edgy if they did that? (sarcasm). Slurs really shouldn't be tossed around like so much confetti.
