Dude, corpse desecration is a long held taboo. People still associate with forms they can see. It's a crime in almost all countries, and has been used in warfare as the ultimate humiliation of ones enemy (not only can we take your life, we can also refuse you the ability to return to your maker) Combined with the ultimate control humiliation of rape, then yeah, it's a clusterfuck of debasement.

And yeah it is non con because a corpse is incapable of giving consent. And a human body is not an inaminate object. (well it is, but it's classified differently to a greased up knothole)
