My trouble with the movie is that it's a one-watch movie. The jokes and "clever" dialogue are only interesting the first time around and then after that it's just Ellen Page acting circles around everyone else in the movie. I enjoyed the movie the first time I watched it and then in any attempts to try to rewatch it, I have only found myself bored.

I agree with OP mostly but... not with regard to the supposed pro-life message. It was Juno's choice not to get the abortion, and I thought that her concerns and fears in the clinic scene were very well-done. And considering the portrayal of the pro-life protester outside of the clinic I think that Diablo Cody's views on the matter are pretty clear.

For me, Michael Cera, Jennifer Garner and the girl who played Juno's BFF were the weakest ones.

yup. For being such a 'great movie', it really is only watchable once. It comes off really try-hard after the first watch. Actually Ellen was a big part of why it got annoying the second time around for me. She was just too sarcastic and quirky to the point of irritation. That's probably on Diablo, but Ellen's other roles have had this streak of being just too aware or something
