As for womens' clothing being humiliation.... I get that some people find that misogynist, but I just can't break the mental association I have between women's clothing and vulnerability. Women's clothing does make you vulnerable - it tends to be skimpier, more revealing, more delicate, restrictive to movement. When I wear women's clothing my body language changes to become more feminine/submissive (ohhh I'm gonna get shot for associating those things, but sitting with your legs pressed together, which you need to do if you're wearing a skirt, comes off as submissive compared to legs splayed apart, which projects confidence. Masculine body language is all about projecting confidence). I feel vulnerable when I wear women's clothing. I suppose it's less about humiliation and more about vulnerability for me - though honestly a lot of kinky play is just about pretend anyway, and you can pretend it's humiliating because of your gut feeling about it when intellectually you don't believe it is.
You can definitely make something that comes off as feminine and powerful - leather fetish/dominatrix gear, for one - but traditional women's clothing is what it is. That's probably why I wear men's clothes most of the time. :/
