you say it like finding him attractive is a bad thing

you know, i just saw a trailer for the movie, and i was surprised by the lack of uncanny valley. the style looks horrible in screenshots, but once in motion it looks surprisingly smooth and natural

Probably because Tintin has always looked like he's about 12 years old, so yes finding him attractive is on the creepy side to a lot of people!

Tintin is 18 years old... at least that was what I see in this article (http://www.time.com/time/arts/article/0,8599,1901775,00.html) that I find on TIME's website. But I think his actual age is never mentioned by Hergé though.

I also thought he was attractive and what's probably even worse in the "oh my childhood" sense, shipped him with Haddock through the whole movie. If one of them were a woman, they would've kissed at the end. Now they just hugged and touched and were all around slashy a lot.
