She looks fine..Her makeup artist just needs to get fired wtf is with that eyeliner. White eyeliner is great to open up your eyes but I think they went overboard with it.

Agreed. The white eyeliner combined with the shadowing/contouring around the bridge of her nose is making her eyes look like they're bulging out, and the white eyeliner along the bottom lid is creating the illusion that the bottom of her eyes is a straight line. They might be going for a "manga princess" look, but on a real person's face it reads as unnatural.
